<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council e December 12, 19660

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Goodrich, Grauel,
<br />Shields and Curley,

<br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of November 28. 1966. be approved with the amendment that the
<br />screening of the Greenbrier Home was held over until the meeting
<br />of December 12, 1966, Roll Call, Ayes (5) ~ Nays (0),
<br />
<br />Goodrich Moved. Grauel Seconded, that the request of H, & Val
<br />J, Rothschild for rezoning of property at Judith and Hamline
<br />Avenues be referred to the Planning Commission, Roll Call, Ayes (5)
<br />Nays (0).

<br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No, 1689 calling
<br />for a feasibility report on a storm sewer improvement in the
<br />Hamline Shopping Center area be adopted, Roll Call, Ayes (5) ~
<br />Nays (0).

<br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 1690 vacating
<br />a part of Iona Lane between Western Avenue and a point 810 feet
<br />to the west be adopted as recommended by the Planning Commission
<br />in their letter of November 7, 1966. Roll Call, Ayes (5) ~

<br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that the special use permit for
<br />service station and T,B.A. Store by Penney's at Har Mar, Inco be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) e Nays (0),

<br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that request for special use permit
<br />and rezoning at 2025 West County Road B by Klosterman Realty Company
<br />be laid over until February 13. 1966, Roll Call, Ayes (5) e Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved. Shields Seconded, that request of George Guligowski
<br />for variance in setback requirements at 1330 West County Road B be
<br />referred to the Planning Commission, Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0),
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded. that the application submitted by
<br />the Dayton Development Company for vacation of right-of-way be
<br />referred to the Planning Commission and that the Council public hearing
<br />on the matter be set for January 9~ 19670 Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).

<br />storage of boats. trailers and inoperative motor vehicles be laid
<br />over until December 19~ 1966, Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0),

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Ordinance No. 519 rezoning
<br />property from 1=1 to 1-2 by Midwest Motor Freight at 2778 North
<br />Cleveland Avenue be adoptedo Roll Call, Ayes (5) e Nays (0).
