VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular meeting of the Village Council, December 19, 1966. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Grauel and Shields. Absent: Trustee Goodrich. 7:30 P.M. Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of December 12, 1966, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) _ Nays (0). MINUTE S Mayor Cedarholm opened the public hearing for Improvements 66-31, 66-32 and 66-33. PUBLIC HEARINC IMPROVEMENT 66=31, 66=32 AND 66-33 The Manager presented an affidavit showing publication of notice of hearing on the proposed Improvements 66-31, 66-32 and 66-33 in the Ramsey County Suburban Life on December 7 and 14, 1966. The Manager also presented a Certificate of Mailing Notices to all affected property owners, which certificate was examined, found to be satisfactory and directed to be filed. The Mayor then directed the Manager to read the description of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improvements as stated in the published notice of hearing. After reading of the notice all persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard and the names and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by the Council were as follows: L. A. Guggemos, Ban-Con, Inc., 628 4th Street, White Bear Lake. Favored the improvement. Mrs. William Eng, 495 lona Lane - objected to improvement. The public hearing was closed. Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1717 ordering Improvements 66-31, 66-32 and 66-33 and preparation of plans be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). RESOLUTION NO. 171 7 Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that the application of Northern States Power Company for transmission lines and towers be referred to the Planning Commission for recommendation. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). NORTHERN STATES POWER COMPANY Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1718 endorsing three drainage bills proposed by the Ramsey County Municipal League be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). RESOLUTION NO. 1718 Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the zoning variance requested by W. Brown, S. Palmer, R. Ettel, L. Heckel and R. Ferry at 2723, 2729, 2743 and 2749 North Griggs Street be referred to the Planning Commission. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0), VARIANCES Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request of H. & Val J. Rothschild for vacation of Terrace Drive be referred to the Planning Commission.
