M. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members <br />present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and <br />Shields. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the Mayor and the Manager <br />be authorized to sign an agreement covering relocation of County <br />Ditch No. 4 between County Road C and County Road C-2; and that <br />the $2500 paid in escrow by the Wheel Service Company be released <br />by the Village to the Gluek Liquidating Trust. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br />COUNTY <br />OITCH 14 <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Mayor and the Manager <br />be authorized to sign an agreement with William Brothers Pipe Line <br />Company regarding removal of a knoll at the Village Fire Station <br />No.2 location. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />FIRE STATION <br />NO.2 <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Certificate No. 4 be paid <br />in the amount of $12,520.91 to D. M. Noyes Construction Company as <br />partial payment on Fire Station No.2.
