<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, March 13, 1967.
<br />
<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Grauel, Shields and Goodrich.
<br />Absent: Trustee Curley.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of February 20, 1967, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of February 27, 1967, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Shields t-Ioved, Grauel Seconded, that the Vadnais Construction Company
<br />request for special use permit and variance at T.H. #8 just south of
<br />County Road C-2 be approved; and that the planned residential develop-
<br />ment be held up for further approval of the Planning Commission.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that variance in setback on fence
<br />at the northeast corner of Cleveland and Loren Road requested by
<br />Carl Kittleson, Jr. be approved providing the fence is removed if
<br />use of the tennis court is discontinued. Roll Call, Ayes (4) -
<br />Nays (0).

<br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the variance as requested by
<br />James Radefeldt be approved as recommended by the Planning Commission
<br />in its report dated March 1, 1967. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Shields Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the Attorney draft an amendment
<br />to the Village Code placing the tire recapping operation in an 1-1
<br />District as a special use permit use, Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 1766 declaring
<br />adequacy of petition and ordering preparation of feasibility report
<br />on Frank Weiss, 1224 Matilda Street, for sanitary sewer in .Joys Rice
<br />Street Addition be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the application submitted by
<br />Morton Blinderman for variance in setback at 1769 Dellwood Avenue
<br />be referred to the Planning Commission for recommendation. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Public Works Director be
<br />authori~ed to impose road restrictions on Village streets effective
<br />March 15th. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Village adopt Ordinance
<br />No. 528 amending various sections of Chapter 32 of the Building
<br />Code of the Village of Rosevi11e, by changing the permit fees charged
<br />for various types of new construction and repairs and alterations of
<br />existing improvements be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 1767 approving
<br />all rates, terms, conditions and specifications in the Street Lighting
<br />Contract with Northern States Power Company be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
