<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, March 20, 1967. <br /> <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members <br />present: Acting Mayor Shields, Trustees Goodrich and Grauel. <br />Absent: Mayor Cedarholm and Trustee Curley. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting <br />of March 13, 1967, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that request of Kenneth R. Kehr, <br />1225 Ryan Avenue, for construction of a garage under a building <br />permit issued in 1955 be referred to the Attorney for an opinion. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />KEHR <br />REQUEST <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1783 calling <br />for a feasibility report on a petition of William F. Stenger for <br />extension of sewer, water and stabilization of Hand Avenue on <br />Lots I through 6, Block 8, Joys Rice Street Addition be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1783 <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Ordinance No. 529 repealing <br />Chapter 65 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville be <br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br />NO. 529 <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Ordinance No. 530 amending <br />Chapter 66 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville, pertaining <br />to Requirements for Connecting to the Municipal Water System, Deleting <br />Bond Requirements and Changing the Annual License Fee be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br />NO. 530 <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Ordinance No. 531 amending <br />Chapters 71 and 72 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br />by Repealing Certain Bond Requirements and Changing the Annual License <br />Fee Pertaining to Sanitary Sewer Connections be adopted. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br />NO. 531 <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Ordinance No. 532 Amending <br />Section 72.070, 72.080 and 72.190 of the Village Code of the <br />Village of Roseville, Pertaining to the Sanitary Sewer System, and <br />Responsibility of the Owner or Occupant for Maintenance of Certain <br />Aspects of the Sanitary Sewer System be adopted. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br />NO. 532 <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager be <br />authorized to sign final estimate of the Ramsey County portion of <br />Storm Drainage Improvement 66-11, Area I. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENT <br />66= 11 <br />AREA I <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Village Manager and <br />Administrative Assistant be authorized to accept bids on May 3, <br />1967, at 11:30 a.m. for an 85 Foot Elevating Platform Fire Truck. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />FIRE TRUCK <br />
