<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, March 27, 1967.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Acting Mayor Shields, Trustees Curley, Goodrich
<br />and Grauel. Absent: Mayor Cedarholm.
<br />
<br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of March 20, 1967, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) -
<br />Abstentions (1), Trustee Curley abstaining.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1789 accepting
<br />petition and calling for feasibility report on storm sewer improve-
<br />ment on Pascal Avenue from Brooks to Rose Place and Rose Place from
<br />Pascal Avenue to the east be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays
<br />(0).

<br />Curley ~Ioved, Goodrich Seconded, that special use permit granted
<br />to O'Halloran and Murphy be extended until May 15, 1967. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the letter from Milton
<br />Anderson, 2511 North Victoria Street, dated March 22, 1967, be
<br />placed on file for further consideration in the fall. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the application of Ban-Con,
<br />Inc. to construct sanitary sewer, storm sewer and watermain in
<br />Western Hills #3 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1790 calling
<br />for a public hearing on an improvement involving sanitary sewer,
<br />watermain and street on Hand Avenue and Bismarck Avenue for
<br />April 17, 1967 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Garrett Freight lines , Inc.
<br />special use permit be extended. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Goodrich r.1oved, Curley Seconded, that Ordinance No. 533, an ordinance
<br />amending Section 10.290 of the Village Code of the Vi 11 age of Roseville
<br />by adding "Tire Recapping" as a special use in the "I-I" District be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 1791
<br />Adopting Green Fees for the Municipal Golf Course and Rules for
<br />Public Conduct be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Gale Linebarger be reappointed
<br />to the Planning Commission for another four year term. Roll Call J
<br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the licenses be approved.
