<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the Village Council, May 15, 1967. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Grauel, <br />Goodrich and Shields. <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting <br />of May 15, 1967, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the public hearing on proposed Improvements <br />67-12 and 67-13. <br /> <br />The Manager presented an affidavit of publication of legal <br />notice and a certificate of mailing of notices. <br /> <br />The Public Works Director presented a short description of each <br />of the projects. During the Public Works Director's presentation <br />Francis Husnik, owner of the Vadnais Construction Company, 1853 <br />Monn Avenue, White Bear Lake, questioned the proposed location of <br />the water and sewer lines. <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the public hearing on <br />Improvement 67-12 and 67-13 be laid over until next week so that <br />the property owners concerned can get together with the Public <br />Works Director and settle the location of the utility lines so <br />that the Council can do something a week from now. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the Roseville Central Park <br />Foundation be authorized to go ahead with the proposed construction <br />of a war memorial by V.F.W. Post 7555 and lighting of the flower <br />gardens and picnic shelter by the Roseville Mrs. Jaycees. Roll <br />Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that a building permit be issued <br />to Old Dutch Foods for building at 2375 Terminal Road; and that <br />Old Dutch Foods be granted a building code variance to permit <br />construction of a well for furnishing processing water only. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Zoltai variance at <br />803 Heinel Drive be extended to August 15, 1967. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Certificate No. 7 in the <br />amount of $3,113.45 be paid D. M. Noyes Construction Company as <br />partial payment for Fire Station No.2. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Village Council enact <br />Ordinance No. 538, entitled "An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. <br />297, As Amended, Being the Village Code of the Village of Roseville, <br />by Amending the Zoning Code and Zoning Map Pursuant to Sections <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, by Reclassification of Certain <br />Real Property From Single Residence (R-l) to Limited Business (B-1). <br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br />67-12 AND 67-13 <br /> <br />CENTRAL PARK <br /> <br />OLD DUTCH <br />FOODS <br /> <br />ZOLTAI <br />VARIANCE <br /> <br />FIRE STATION <br />NO. 2 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br />NO. 538 <br />
