VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the Village Council, May 22, 1967. The Village Council met On the above date with the following members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields. 7:30 P.M. Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of May 15, 1967, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). MINUTES Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the public hearing on Improvements 67-12 and 67-13 be continued until the meeting of June 12, 1967. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). nfPROVEMENTS 67-12 AND 67-13 Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that the public hearing on Twin Tires, Inc. request for special use permit be continued until the Council meeting of June 12, 1967, giving the Council an opportunity to look at a tire recapping operation. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). TWIN TIRE RECAPP ING Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the matter of the Little Lake Josephine - Ramsey County Development be laid over until the Council is notified by the County Commissioner and the citizen group involved of a future meeting; and that the Building Inspector be authorized to check the sewage drainage facilities at the Dairy Queen. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). LITTLE LAKE JOSEPHINE Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the proposal for Central Park Foundation by Mrs. Slawik be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). CENTRAL PARK FOUNDATION Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Village Attorney and Village Manager be authorized to work out the problem of the Pliscott drainage lot with the engineer and then bring the problem back to Council; and that an appraisal of the property be authorized. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). PLISCOTT DRAINAGE Shields Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the placement of the street light at Wheeler and Shorewood Lane be referred to the Public Works Director. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). STREET LIGHT Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Joseph Bettendorf be authorized to appraise the Salverda parcel in B-Dale Villa Park. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). B-DALE VILLA PARK Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Village Manager be authorized to engage Stanton Associates, Inc. in regard to participation in joint salary survey. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). SALARY SURVEY Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that request of Willmus Properties for special use permit, rezoning and variances at 1400 Terrace Drive be referred to the Planning Commission.
