<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of village Council <br />village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />June 6, 1967 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roaeville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held in the Cafetorium of Alexander Ramsey School in said <br /> <br />village on Tuesday, June 6, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Cedarholm, Goodrich, Curley <br /> <br />Grauel, and Shields. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Also present were Richard W. Turnlund, Village Manager; Robert <br />Bell, village attorney; Sherman Goldberg, village public works <br />director; Roger Short of Banister Engineering Company, village <br />consulting engineers; and Peter S. Popovich of Peterson & Popovich, <br />village bond consultants. <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing pub- <br /> <br />lication of Notice of Hearing on proposed Storm Sewer Dmprove- <br /> <br />ment No. 67-9 in accordance with the resolution adopted <br /> <br />April 24, 1967, which affidavit was examined and found to be <br /> <br />satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Manager. <br /> <br />The Village Manager also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing <br /> <br />Hot1ce of Hearing to all affected property owners, which <br />
