<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, June 26, 1967. <br /> <br />The Village Counci 1 met on the above date with the fo llowing <br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Grauel, Shields <br />and Curley. Absent: Trustee Goodrich. <br /> <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm made the following Proclamation: <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Dr. Emmet Williams has served, Roseville through <br />development of one of the finest school systems in <br />the State of Minnesota, and leadership in community <br />affairs; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, Dr. Emmet Wi lliams died on June 26, 1967; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, Emil F. Cedarholm, Mayor of the Village <br />of Roseville, Minnesota do hereby proclaim a public <br />acknowledgement of Dr. William's contribution to the <br />lives of the people of this community and extend our <br />sympathy to his family. <br /> <br />Grauel ~,1oved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting <br />of .June 19, 1967, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />MINUTE S <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 1858 accepting <br />feasibility report on Improvement 60-20 and calling for a public <br />hearing for July 24, 1967, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1858 <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Ordinance No. 545 establishing <br />compensation for Mayor and Councilmen by amending the Village Code <br />of the Village of Roseville by adding Chapter 265 be adopted. Roll <br />Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br />NO. 545 <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that Ordinance No. 546 allowing <br />tire recapping as a special use in the 1-2 area be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br />NO. 546 <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that Payment No. 8 in the amount <br />of $5,839.05 be paid D. M. Noyes Construction Company.
