<br />Regular f.-leeting of the Village Council - September 25, 1967.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present. Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Goodrich, Shields,
<br />Curley and Grauel.

<br />Curley ~loved, Shie Ids Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of September 18, 1967, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).

<br />Shields Hoved, Grauel Seconded, that final payment on Fire Station
<br />No.2 to Harris Brothers Plumbing in the amount of $2,519.77 and
<br />Kehne Electric Company in the amount of $2,249.85 be paid. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the Hayor and Manager be
<br />authorized to execute Change Order No.1, Improvement 66-26.

<br />Curley ~.1oved, Shields Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager be
<br />authorized to execute Change Order No.2, Improvement P-66-24.

<br />Grauel t4oved, Goodrich Seconded, that the project proposal of
<br />Rosetown Legion Post 542 for a backstop received from the Roseville
<br />Central Park Foundation be approved and the ~.1ayor authorized to
<br />sign it. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 1920
<br />relating to postponement of bid opening for Storm Sewer Improve-
<br />ment No. 65-38 Amended from September 29, 1967 at 11:30 a.m. to
<br />October 6, 1967, at 11:30 a.m. be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 1921
<br />providing for hearing on the proposed assessment for Improvement
<br />No. 66-16 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Edward Salverda be appointed
<br />Electrical Inspector for the months of September and October. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 1922 calling
<br />for feasibility report for sanitary sewer on property at 2366
<br />Rose Place, o\vned by Reuben L. Anderson, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Manager be authorized to
<br />take bids for a new pump for the Fernwood lift station.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Grauel ~1oved, Goodrich Seconded, that the request of Northwestern
<br />Bell Telephone Company to place buried cable in Ryan Avenue west of
<br />Prior Avenue be approved as recommended by the Public Works Director
<br />in his letter of September 22, 1967. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
