<br />-4- <br /> <br />TIle r<layor announced that the meeting ,...as open for the <br />consideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. <br />All persons present were then given an opportunity to present oral <br />obj ections, and all written objections theretofore filed ,<lith the <br />Village Clerk were presented and considered, and all such objections <br />were tabulated as follows: <br /> <br />No one appeared. <br /> <br />The hearing was closed. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 1940 adopting <br />the assessment roll for Improvement No. 67-l8 be adopted. Roll <br />Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm opened the public hearing on proposed assess- <br />ments for Improvements Nos. 66-17 and 66-25. <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing publication <br />of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for Improvements <br />Nos. 66-l7 and 66-25 in Suburban Life on September 27, 1967 and <br />October 4, 1967, which affidavit was examined, found satisfactory, <br />and ordered placed on file. The Manager also exhibited a Certi- <br />ficate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the consider- <br />ation of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. All <br />persons were then given an opportunity to present oral objections <br />and all written objectinns theretofore filed with the Village Clerk <br />were presented and considered, and all such objections were tabulated <br />as follows: <br /> <br />ED WIUERSKI, 386 W. Wagner: Since the total improvement includes <br />sanitary sewer, water, and street construction, he objects to paying <br />assessments this year for the sewer and water as long as the street <br />improvement project won't be started until next year. Said he <br />can't use the sewer and water improvements until the street is in. <br /> <br />The hearing was closed. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 1941 adopting <br />the assessment roll for Improvement 66-l7 and 66-25 be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm opened the public hearing on proposed assess- <br />ments for Improvement No. 66-16. <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing publication <br />of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for Improvement No. <br />66-l6 in Suburban Life on September 27, 1967, and October 4, 1967, <br />which affidavit was examined, found satisfactory, and ordered placed <br />on file.
