VI LLAGE OF ROSE VI LLE Regular Meeting of the Village Council - October 23, 1967. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Shields and Goodrich. 7:30 P.M. Goodrich Moved, Shields Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager be authorized to sign an Earnest Money Contract for purchase of parcel of land legally described as: "East 100 feet of the W 575.7 feet of the North 400 feet of the Northwest Quarter, Section 13, Township 29, Range 23" from Roger Dinke I and .Jacob Dim, at a price of $1,500. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). B-DALE VILLA PARK Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the petition of residents of Fairview Hills Addition for street lights be submitted to the Public Works Director for report. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). STREET LIGHTS Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded. that the petition of residents of Fairview Hills Addition for relocation of the proposed County Road B-2 between Fairview Avenue and Snelling Avenue, be referred to the Planning Commission for a recommendation. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). PETITION Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Village pay Ramsey County for Ditch #2 on the basis of Alternate No. 2 stated in the letter from William Peters, Supervisor of Accounting, Ramsey County, dated October 17, 1967. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). COUNTY DITCH NO.2 Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Village Attorney be authorized to draft an ordinance renaming Lake Avenue between Dale Street and McCarrons Boulevard to Roselawn Avenue, and that the people effected be informed before Council takes action. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). ROSELAWN AVENUE Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the dedication of property for park in Western Hills #3 be referred to the Recration Board for acceptance before the Council acts on the dedication. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). PARK Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 1946 accepting the streets in OWasso Shores Addition be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5)- Nays (0). RESOLUTION NO. 1946 Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1947 relating to apportionment of assessments relating to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.2 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). RESOLUTION NO. 1947 Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1948 relating to apportionment of assessments relating to Water Improvement No. 63-3 be adopted.
