<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Comlcil - November 20, 1967.

<br />The Village COmlcil met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, COmlcilmen Grauel, Goodrich,
<br />Curley and Shields.

<br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of November 13, 1967, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Mayor and the Manager
<br />be authorized to sign the stipulation settling and dismissing the
<br />action of Seidenkranz v. Village of Roseville upon the terms set
<br />forth in said stipulation. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that request by Irv Margolis for
<br />a building code variance to erect a wood and plastic shelter for
<br />storage at the Roseville Garden Center, 1127 W. Larpenteur Avenue
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the Village enter into
<br />negotiation with Mr. Rysgaard to provide a ski area in the Village
<br />B-Dale Villa Park. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request for continuance
<br />of variance until April 1, 1968, by Mr. Tibor Zoltai at 799
<br />Heinel Drive be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that a public hearing be
<br />established before the COmlcil on December 18, 1967, for the
<br />Ban-Con rezoning, replatting, special use permit and planned
<br />development. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that a public hearing be
<br />established before the Council on the Cal Garley rezoning and
<br />vacation of streets for December 18, 1967. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).

<br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that a public hearing be
<br />established before the Council for II & Val .J Rothschild and
<br />Weitzman rezoning on December 11, 1967. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).

<br />Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that a public hearing be
<br />established before the Council for Roberts Construction Company
<br />request for rezoning at Marion and Dionne Streets for December II,
<br />1967. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that a public hearing be
<br />established before the COmlcil for Willmus Properties request
<br />for rezoning, special use permit and variance on property located
<br />on the north side of COmlty Road C from Western to Mackubin for
<br />December 11, 1967. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (1) - Grauel opposing.
