KOALSKA, 1843 Fermvood (also sent a letter): Repeated the <br />complaint as contained in his letter and said he does not have low <br />land. <br /> <br />FRANK JONDAL, 2241 Victoria: Was assessed $200 for one lot and $300 <br />for .43 acres residential area, Thought he should be assessed for <br />only $400 for two lots. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley moved, Grauel Seconded. that the hearing on <br />supplemental reassessment and reapportionment for Consolidated Storm <br />Sewer Improvements Nos. 65-7, 65-8, 65-9, 66-14, 66-15, 66-11, 65-43, <br />wld 65-37 be continued until December 18, 1967. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1977 <br />authorizing the issuance and sale of $1 ;050,000 Temporary Improve- <br />ment Bonds to the Village's debt sinking funds for temporary <br />financing for capital improvements construction be adopted. Roll <br />Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Hoved, Goodrich Seconded, that special use permit requested <br />by R. A. Matson to operate a ski school at County Road C-2 and <br />Lexington Avenue be granted \vi th the following condi tions: <br />1) The special use permit \"i11 expire .July 1, 1968, <br />2) The mobile home used as a shelter be removed as soon <br />as load restrictions are lifted in the Spring of 19680 <br />3) No unusual noise or lights or operation of snow making <br />equipment be allowed between 10:00 p.r.!. and 7:00 A.M. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Grauel ~4oved, Goodrich Seconded, that the application submitted by <br />Wei tzman and H. & Val Jo Rothschild for rezoning property on the <br />west side of Huron Street between .1udi th and County Road C-2 be <br />rezoned from R-2 to R-3 and that the planned deve lopment as proposed <br />be acceptedo Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Public Works Director be <br />authorized to make a drainage study on Roberts rezoning request from <br />R-l to R-3 of property located near Marion Street and Dionne Street <br />extended, with the cost payable by Roberts; and that thepublic hearing <br />be continued until January 15, 1968. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Grauel ~1oved, Goodrich Seconded, that the public hearing for Willmus <br />special use permit and variance on property located on the north side <br />of County Road C from Western to Mackubin be laid over until <br />December 18, 1967.
