<br />The Village COWlcil met on the above date with the following
<br />nembers present: Mayor Cedarholm, Cotmcilmen Shields, Curley,
<br />Goodrich and Grauel.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Ordinance No. 561
<br />approving rezoning of property on new County Road C west of
<br />Owasso School requested by Calvin Garley from R-l to R-3A be
<br />adopted; that the Special Use Permit and Planned Residential
<br />Development permit be approved with the conditions that the
<br />applicants be required to construct a six foot chain link cyclone
<br />fence as requested by Independent School District No. 623, and
<br />dedicate a 30 foot right-of-way for Oxford Street; and further
<br />that Resolution No. 1981 vacating certain street right-of-way
<br />within the parcel be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />1982 vacating certain streets within the Joy's Rice Street and the
<br />Rice Street Grand View Additions be adopted; that the Hillsborough
<br />Addition Preliminary Plat be approved; and that the Special Use
<br />Permit and the Planned Developnent for Hillsborough Addition be
