<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Special Meeting of the Village Council - January 17,1968. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date wi th the followin g members <br />present: Mayor Holl and Councilmen Curley, Shields, Grauel and <br />Linebarger. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that Frank Pattee be retained as <br />architect for the proposed Ice Arena construction; and that Mr. Pattee <br />be paid on an hourly basis not to exceed one per cent of the estimated <br />cost of the improvement for work done preliminary to the bond referendum; <br />and that if the bond referendum is successful, a lump sum fee which <br />would include work prior to the referendum be negotiated. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that the meeting be adjourned at <br />5:35 P.M.
