<br />Easement 6626B on Improvement 66-26 and that the Village pay to
<br />Frieda Schulze, a widow, and Kain & Kressel, her attorneys, the
<br />sum of $1,700 in payment thereof. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,

<br />Mayor and Manager execute the earnest money contract on Easement
<br />6720-4 and that the Village pay $75.00 to William P. Hermes and

<br />Bell & Telephone Company to place buried cable on the southeast
<br />corner of Dale and Transit be approved as recommended by the Public
<br />Works Director in his memo dated March 8, 1968. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />the feasibility report and establishing a public hearing on the improve-
