<br />Regular Meeting Ot the Village Council - March 18, 1968.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger
<br />and Shields.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of March 11, 1968 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Linebarger, Shields and Moll. NayS: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 2055 regarding
<br />approval Ot final plans and specifications for the Minnesota
<br />Highway Department improvement of Highway 36 and T.B. 49 be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 2056 regarding
<br />approval of Minnesota Highway Department final plans and specifi-
<br />cations for T.H. 8 from St. Anthony Boulevard to 35W be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 2057 regarding
<br />Minnesota Highway Department final plans and specifications for
<br />T.H. 280 from the Northern Pacific Railway bridge to T.H. 36 be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Shields Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that Resolution No. 2058
<br />regarding reapportionment of assessments relating to Consolidated
<br />Water Improvements Nos. 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Shields Seconded, that the following street
<br />lights be approved for installation as recommended by the Public
<br />Works Director in his memo dated March 15, 1968: Mackubin and Terrace
<br />Drive, Terrace Drive midway between Mackubin Street and 1\Iestern Avenue,
<br />Western Avenue and Terrace Drive, and Maple Lane and Galtier Street.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields and Hollo
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Change Order No.1, Improvement
<br />67-20 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Shields and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Contractors Estimate #1,
<br />Improvement 67-20 be paid in the amount of $9,922.21 to Northdale
<br />Construction Company, Inc. as recommended by the Public Norks
<br />Director. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Contractors Estimate #2
<br />Improvement 65-38 Amended, Project No.2, be paid Barso Construction
<br />Company in the amount of $17,100.45 as recommended by the Public
<br />Works Director. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Shields and Moll. Nays: None. "
