<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - May 20, 1968.
<br />
<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and
<br />Shields.
<br />
<br />Linebarger Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of May 13, 1968 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Linebarger, Shields and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that Resolution No. 3011 accepting
<br />the feasibility report on construction of utilities in relocated
<br />County Road C (Improvement SS-67-29 and W-67-30) be adopted; and that
<br />the Village proceed with construction of 60 feet of sanitary sewer at
<br />Lexington Avenue, and the 8 inch watermain to loop the system between
<br />new County Road C and Lexington and Old County Road C and Victoria.

<br />Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Shields Seconded, that request for street lights
<br />at 2035 North Victoria Street, Sherren Street and Oxford, and
<br />Sherren Street and Lexington be approved as recommended by the Public
<br />Works Director. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that final payment for Improvement
<br />SS-67-32 be corrected to read $4,761.10. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Linebarger, Shields and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that Contractors Estimate No.4,
<br />Storm Sewer Improvement 67-9 be paid Austin P. Keller Construction
<br />Company in the amount of $46,234.11. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Linebarger, Shields and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Shields Seconded, that Contractors Estimate No.5,
<br />Improvement 67-10 be paid Lametti and Sons, Inc. in the amount of
<br />$36,733.13. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />final plat on Wagoner's Lake Josephine Addition for June 10,

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Finance
<br />authorized to transfer $105,000 from the Liquor
<br />Fund as established in the 1968 budget report.
