Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the Village Manager be authorized to contact the Ramsey County League of Municipalities regarding the Northern States Power Company's increase in gas rates. NORTIIERN STATES POWER COMPANY GAS RATES Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the plans for the Village garage expansion be approved and the Village Manager and Public Works Director be aucllorized to advertise for and open bids on this project at 11:30 A.M. Innes and Lewis Anderson, his attorney, the sutn of $750.00 in full payment of any Village liability arising from the closing of Snelling Curve at Snelling Avenue.
