<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - June 10, 1968.
<br />
<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger
<br />and Shields.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of May 27, 1968, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Shields, Curley and Moll. Nays: None,
<br />
<br />Linebarger Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Ke ller Corporation be
<br />granted their request for a special use permi t to construct an
<br />office building no higher than six stories at 2231 North Ilamline
<br />Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger, Shields, Curley
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the application submitted by
<br />Edward Bossard to rezone property from R-l to R-6 on Cohansey
<br />north of County Road B be denied as recommended by the Planning
<br />Commission. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger, Shields, Curley
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the preliminary and final plat
<br />for Wagoner's Lake Josephine Addition be approved as recommended by
<br />tile Planning Commission. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Shields, Curley and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the public hearing on Lyons
<br />and Kruse rezoning and the request for division of a platted lot
<br />at 1122 West County Road B be continued until August 19, 1968.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger, Shields, Curley and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cur ley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the request for variance
<br />by Robert Covert, 1276 West County Road B for setback of 4 feet
<br />from De llwood Street be allowed. Roll Call: Ayes: Linebarger,
<br />Shields and Curley. Nays: Grauel and Moll.

<br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that a public hearing be established
<br />for the Kath rezoning at Lexington and Roselawn for July 22, 1968.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger, Shields, Curley and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Linebarger Moved, Shields Seconded, that the Roseville Marine, Inc.
<br />request for special use permit be referred to the Planning Commission
<br />and that the Council public hearing be established for July 8, 1968.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger, Shields, Curley and t-1011.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the petition from residents
<br />regarding the interchange on Snelling Avenue and County Road C-2
<br />be filed until the matter again comes before the Council. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger, Shields, Curley and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the preliminary plat of Baber
<br />Addition at Western and Oakcrest be referred to the Planning Commission.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger, Shields, Curley and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.
