<br />Regular ~leeting of the Village Council - June 24, 1968.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date \vith the following members
<br />present: Acting Mayor Grauel, Councilmen Curley, Linebarger and
<br />Shields. Absent: Hayor 1,1011.
<br />
<br />Shields ~1oved, Linebarger Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of June 10, 1968, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger,
<br />Shields, Curley and Grauel. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that the L & Z 1'1anufacturing
<br />rezoning from R-l to B-3 at 1881 North Rice Street be continued
<br />until September 30, 1968. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Shields,
<br />Curley and Grauel. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Shields ~'loved, Linebarger Seconded, that the bids on the maintenance
<br />garage be awarded the low bidder, Lieberg Construction Company in
<br />the amount of $67,720,000 and the Mayor and Hanager be authori zed
<br />to execute the construction contract. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger,
<br />Shields, Curley and Grauel. Nays: None.

<br />paid to Harry E. Seidenkranz and Angeline Seidenkranz, husband
<br />and wife, in payment of easements 1 and 2, Improvement 67-20.

<br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that Dan Bodley and Larry Wiegele
<br />be approved as members of the Roseville Volunteer Fire Department
<br />as recommended by the secretary in his letter of June 11, 1968.

<br />Curley Hoved, Shields Seconded, that Ordinance No. 582 amending
<br />Chapter 7 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville by amend-
<br />ing Section 7.330 to permit three story structures in R-3 Districts,
<br />by amending Section 7.420 to permit three story structures in R-3A
<br />districts and by amending Section 7.080 to require two parking spaces in
<br />R-3 districts as in other residential districts be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Linebarger, Shields, Curley and Grauel. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Shields Seconded, that Ordinance No. 583 amending
<br />Section 35.450 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville to
<br />adopt the 1967 edition of the Uniform Building Code, Volume I, by
<br />deleting the figures 1964 and substituting therefore the figures 1967
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Shields, Curley and Grauel.
