<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - July 22, 1968.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel and
<br />Linebarger. Absent: Councilman Shields.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of July 8, 1968, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />and Moll. Nays: None, Abstentions: Councilman Linebarger.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Final Plat for the
<br />North Ridge #3 Addition on Lakevio\v Avenue north of County Road C
<br />be approved and the Mayor and ~~nager authorized to sign it.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request by Harry Kath
<br />for a rezoning at 1906 North Lexington Avenue from B-1 and R-I
<br />to B-2 at 1906 North Lexington Avenue be approved as recommended
<br />by the Planning Commission. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the Village Engineer and
<br />and Consulting Engineer report on storm sewer assessment complaint
<br />of Iver Nelson, 2250 North Victoria Street. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 3032 encouraging
<br />the Metropolitan Council to adopt the report of their Zoo Advisory
<br />Commi ttee be adopted; and that Mr. William Davenport of the Roseville
<br />Chamber of Commerce be commended for his service on the zoo. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the resignation from Mrs, Helen
<br />Slaw be placed on file. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Village Council approve the
<br />Memorandum of Intent between the Human Rights Commission of the State
<br />of Minnesota and the Roseville J.luman Rights Commission. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the Manager write a letter
<br />to the City of St. Paul telling them that Roseville would greatly
<br />appreciate access to the results of the St. Paul study of Northern
<br />States Power Company's gas and electric rates. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Linebarger Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Attorney be instructed
<br />to draw up an ordinance incorporating the Planning Commission's re-
<br />commendations on air conditioning installations in multiple family
<br />residences. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll.
<br />Nays: None,
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 3033 relating
<br />to apportionment of assessments relating to Consolidated Water
<br />Improvements Nos. 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.
