<br />10. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to file <br />a certified copy of this resolution with the County Auditor <br />of Ramsey County, Minnesota, together with such other <br />information as he shall require, and to obtain from said <br />Auditor his certificate that said bonds have been enLered in <br />the said Auditor's Bond Register, and that the tax levy <br />required by law has been made. <br /> <br />ll. The officers of the Village are hereby <br />authorized and directed to prepare and furnish to the pur- <br />chaser of said bonds, and to the attorneys approving the <br />1ega1ity of the inssuance thereof, certified copies of all <br />proceedings and records of the Vi11age relating to said <br />bonds and to the financia1 condition and affairs of the <br />Village, and such other affidavits, certificates and informa- <br />tion as are required to show the facts relating ~o the legality <br />and marketability of said bonds as the same appear from the <br />books and records under their custody and control or as other- <br />wise known to them, and all such certified copies,certificates <br />and affidavits, including any 'heretofore furnished, shall be <br />deemed representations of the Village as to the facts recited <br />therein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />resolution was duly seconded by member Linebarg~__ <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: all <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was dec1ared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br /> <br />-8- <br /> <br />'-.,.. <br />
