<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />ci ty Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, <br />Minnesota, was duly held on the 26th day of November, 1990, at <br />7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, and <br />Rog, and the following were absent: <br />None. Johnson arrived at 8:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Member Johnson <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8630 <br /> <br />1991 ROSEFEST PARADE <br />AS PART OF <br />ANNUAL ROSEFEST CELEBRATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has held the annual Rosefest <br />celebration for the past ten years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city sponsored a successful 1990 parade as part of <br />the annual Rosefest celebration; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City continues to support wholesome family fun and <br />activities; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville will <br />hold a parade on July 1, 1991, at 6:30 p.m., as part of the <br />annual Rosefest celebration. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville authorizes the <br />Ci ty Parade Commi ttee, under the supervision of the Roseville <br />Parks and Recreation Department, to organize, raise funds for, <br />and host the Rose Parade. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Maschka and, upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Cushman, <br />Thomas, Maschka,and the following voted against the same: None. <br />and Rog, <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
