<br />Regular Meeting of Ule Village Council - August 5, 1968.

<br />The Vi llage Counei 1 met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Shields, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that ule minutes of the special meeting
<br />of July 29, 1968, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Shields, Curley,
<br />Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request of Mrs. Anne Jaglowski
<br />for relocation of dwelling and division of lot at 2025 West County Road
<br />B be approved. Roll Call: Ayes, Shields, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Graue 1 Moved, Curley Seconded, that the letter from O. Reuben Johnson
<br />regarding the renaming of County Road B-2 be placed on file; and Ulat
<br />the Manager inform Mr. Johnson of the recommendation of the Planning
<br />Commission regarding renaming of County Roads. Roll Call: Ayes:
<br />Shields, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Ordinance No. 584 rezoning
<br />property from 8-1 and R-l to B-2 at 1906 North Lexington Avenue
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Shields, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and
<br />Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Ordinance No. 585 regarding
<br />restrictions for protruding air conditioners be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Shields, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that Change Order No. I regarding the
<br />Ice Arena construction be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Shields, Curley,
<br />Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger "'loved, Shields Seconded, that the request by Carl HUles land
<br />to hold public teenage dances at the Bavarian Twins Restaurant be referred
<br />to the Village Attorney and Police Chief for a report to the Council.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Shields, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and r'loll. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request of Halvor Nelson
<br />for variance in setback at 2773 r.latilda Street be referred to the
<br />Planning Commission ; and that a Council public hearing be set for
<br />September 9, 1968. Roll Call, Ayes: Shields, Curley, Grauel, Line-
<br />barger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the Village ~1anager and the
<br />Administrative Assistant advertise for bids on two 1250 g.p.m. pumpers,
<br />diesel motor fire apparatus and other equipment as specified and open
<br />these bids at 11:30 A.M., Wednesday, September 4,1968. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Shie Ids, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley I,loved, Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 3043 consolidating
<br />Storm Sewer Improvements Numbered 67-9, 67-10, 67-19 and 67-20 deter-
<br />mining the amount of the expense ulereof to be paid by the Village of
<br />Roseville and the amount to be assessed and directing preparation of an
<br />assessment roll be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Shields, Curley, Grauel,
<br />L1nebarger and Moll. Nays: None.
