<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - September 16, 1968.
<br />
<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Acting Mayor Grauel, Councilmen Curley and Linebarger.
<br />Absent: Mayor Moll and Councilman Shields.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of September 9, 1968, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Linebarger and Grauel. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Mayor ~roll arrived at the meeting at 7:35 P.M.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the feasibility report of
<br />Improvement ST-68-13, Fulham Street, be tabled until a petition is
<br />presented for the project. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Linebarger,
<br />Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Linebarger Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the feasibility report
<br />on Improvement ST 67-35 be accepted; that the Manager, Consulting
<br />Engineer and Public Works Director contact Shoreview on its partici-
<br />pation in the cost of the improvement; and that the original financing
<br />of the galvanized metal culvert now on Churchill Street be determined.
<br />Roll Call, AyeS: Curley, Linebarger, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 4003 accepting the
<br />feasibility report and calling for a hearing on Improvement ST-68-11
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Linebarger, Grauel and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the consideration of the
<br />feasibility report on Improvement P-68-l9 be continued until
<br />September 30, 1968; and that the Manager and Public Works Director
<br />contact Mr. Albert Burger, 1994 Lexington Avenue, to inform him of
<br />the improvement and explain the alternatives available to the Council.

<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that bid on
<br />Pumpers be awarded to General Safety, and that
<br />in the amount of $85,694.00. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.
