<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held October 7, 1968 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Village Hall in said village on t1onday, <br /> <br />the 7th day of October, 1968, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Grauel <br />and Councilmen Linebarger, Shields and curley. <br /> <br />and the following was absent~ <br /> <br />Mayor Moll. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were: Richard W. Turnlund, Village Manager; <br />Robert Bell, village attorney; Sherman Goldberg, village Public <br />Works Director; Roger Short of Banister Engineering Company, <br />village consulting engineers; and Peter S. popovich of Peterson & <br />Popovich, village bond consultants. <br />The Village l4anager presented an affidavit showing pub- <br /> <br />lication of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for <br /> <br />I~rovemen~ No. 67-32 <br /> <br />in the Roseville Sun on September 19, <br /> <br />1968, which affidavit was examined, found satisfactory, and <br /> <br />ordered placed on file. The Manager also exhibited a Certificate <br /> <br />of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected proper€y"owners. <br />The 14ayor announced that the meeting was open for the con- <br /> <br />sideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. <br /> <br />All persons present were then given an opportunity to present <br />
