<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - October 28, 1968.
<br />
<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Linebarger, Grauel
<br />and Shields. Absent: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of October 21, 1968, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Linebarger, Grauel and Shields. Nays: None. Abstentions:
<br />Mayor Moll.
<br />
<br />The Mayor opened the public hearing on Improvement 68-11.
<br />
<br />The Manager presented the affidavit of published notice and
<br />certificate of mailing.
<br />
<br />The Consulting Engineer, Mr. Roger ~lort, presented the engineer-
<br />ing report.
<br />
<br />The Manager presented the financial aspect of the proposed
<br />improvement.
<br />
<br />Those in attendance were afforded an opportunity to be heard regard-
<br />ing the improvement:
<br />
<br />JAMES BROWN, 1907 Shryer Avenue, favored the improvement.
<br />
<br />After discussion of the views presented the t-layor closed the hearing.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, ~lields Seconded, that Resolution No. 4070 ordering
<br />Improvement 68-11 and calling for preparation of plans be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Linebarger, Grauel, Shields and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the final plat on Rosedale
<br />Addition No. 3 be continued until November 18, 1968. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Linebarger, Grauel, Shields and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel t-1oved, Linebarger Seconded, that Ordinance No. 589
<br />rezoning property from R-l and R-6 to R-3 A at Cleveland and
<br />County Road B be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Linebarger,
<br />Grauel and Moll. Nays: Shields.

<br />~lields Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 4071
<br />establishing a hearing for one parcel of property pertaining to
<br />Improvement 66-11 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Linebarger,
<br />Shields and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that tile agreement between the
<br />Village of Roseville and Ramsey County regarding installation of
<br />temporary traffic signals at the intersection of County Road C and
<br />Walnut Street be approved; and that the Mayor and Manager be
<br />authorized to execute same. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Linebarger,
<br />Grauel, Shields and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that construction of an irrigation
<br />system for the Cedarholm Golf Course (Improvement M-68-27, No.2) be
<br />awarded to R. L. Gould, low bidder, in an amount of $14,740.00. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Linebarger, Grauel, Shields and Moll. Nays: None.
