<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - November 18; 1968. <br /> <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date wi th the following <br />members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Linebarger and <br />Grauel. Absent: Councilman Shields. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of October 28, 1968 and the special meeting of November 6, <br />1968, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Curley, Grauel <br />and Moll. Nays: None, <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the public hearing on proposed improvement W-68-28 <br />(the placement of watermain on Hamline Avenue between Garden Avenue <br />and Larpenteur Avenue). <br /> <br />PUBLIC <br />HEARING <br />IMPROVEMENT <br />1\'-68-28 <br /> <br />The Village Manager produced an affidavit of publication of notice <br />in the Roseville Sun and a certificate of mailing of notices to <br />property owners in the assessment area as provided by Chapter 429 <br />of Minnesota Statutes, <br /> <br />The Public Works Director presented the engineering aspects of <br />the improvement. <br /> <br />The Mayor indicated that the improvement had already been ordered <br />by the Falcon Heights Council as it involves properties in both <br />communities. No one appeared in behalf or in opposition to the <br />improvement, <br /> <br />The Mayor closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 4083 ordering <br />Improvement W-68-28 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, <br />Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 4083 <br /> <br />Linebarger Moved, Curley Seconded, Ulat the R. A. Matson request <br />for special use permit to operate a ski school at Lexington Avenue <br />and County Road C-2 be continued until November 25, 1968; and that <br />the Village Attorney prepare a resolution outlining the conditions <br />of the special use permit. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Curley, <br />Grauel and Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />R. A. MATSON <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the O'Dell-Peterson <br />rezoning on norUl Cleveland Avenue be placed on file until a re- <br />commendation is received from the Planning Commission. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Linebarger, Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />O'DELL- <br />PETERSON <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the request of Ardwin <br />F1esichaker for rezoning from B-1 to B-2 at Rice and Elmer Streets <br />be laid over until November 2S, 1968. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, <br />Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />ARDlHN <br />FLE I SCHAKE R <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the Final Plat of Rosedale <br />Addition No. 3 at 1944 Rosedale Drive, be approved; and that tile <br />Mayor and Manager be authorized to sign it. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Linebarger, Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />ROSE DALE <br />ADDITION <br />NO. 3 <br />
