<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular r~eting of the Village Council - December 16, 1968. <br /> <br />TIle Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, <br />Linebarger and Shields. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the minutes of the <br />regular meeting of November 25, 1968 be approved. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields and Moll. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request of O'Dell - <br />Peterson for special use permit and rezoning at 3030 North <br />Cleveland Avenue be denied. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, <br />Linebarger, Shields and Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the request for division <br />of a lot by M. Muehlstedt at 743 West County Road C be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields and Moll. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Linebarger ~Ioved, Grauel Seconded, that the request for division <br />of lot by Janet Bigham at County Road C and Wheaton Avenue be <br />granted subject to the filing of the plat plan in the Village; <br />and that Janet Bigham be given a $50 credit towards the cost <br />necessary for filing the plat plan. Roll Call, Ayes: Cur ley, <br />Grauel, Linebarger, Shields and Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Linebarger Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request of Ban-Con,Inc. <br />for division of four lots at 894, 911, 917 and 929 Transit Avenue <br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields <br />and Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Linebarger Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request of McGough <br />Construction Company for variance to sideyard setback at 2737 North <br />Fairview Avenue be denied as recommended by tile Planning Commission. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields and Moll. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Linebarger Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Andrew Janos request <br />for variance to setback at 1778 Ryan Avenue be continued until the <br />December 30, 1968 meeting at which time a letter stating his neighbor's <br />position on the setback variance should be filed with ele Council. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields and Moll. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Linebarger Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request of Anthony <br />Schmidt for division of lot at Hamline Avenue and County Road C-2 <br />be approved subject to dedication of right-of-way on Hamline Avenue <br />and Centennial Avenue as specified in the Planning Commission's <br />report. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, ~lields and <br />Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Linebarger Moved, Shields Seconded, that the Esther Logerquist <br />request for rezoning from R-2 to R-3 at 2088 Fry Street be set for <br />January 13, 1969.
