<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Heeting of the Village Council - January 13. 1969. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members <br />present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved. Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting <br />of December 30, 1968, be approved as amended. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, <br />Grauel, Linebarger, Shields and Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />On Page 1, Final Estimate should read: Improvement 68-7, Project 2. <br /> <br />The Mayor made the following proclamation: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Civic Bodies and Service Organizations of our community <br />and the departments of the local government recognize the <br />great service rendered to this community by the Roseville <br />Mrs. Jaycees i <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the strength of any community depends, to a marked degree, <br />upon the spirit of civic pride engendered by its citizens; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, people harmoniously working together can produce achievements <br />no one person could accomplish alone; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary for the community to focus attention on the <br />efforts and contributions of such volunteer organizations; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, this organization of young women has contributed materially <br />to the betterment of this community throughout the year; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, A. Donald Moll, Mayor of the Village of Roseville, <br />call upon all of the people of Roseville to join me in <br />recognizing and saluting the Roseville Mrs. Jaycees and do <br />proclaim the week of January 26th as Roseville Mrs. Jaycees <br />Week. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded. that the final plat of Heatherwood Addition <br />be approved and the Mayor and Acting ~mnager authorized to sign it. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel. Linebarger, Shields and Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the application submitted by <br />Esther Logerquist for rezoning from R-2 to R-2 at 2088 North Fry Street <br />be denied. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields and <br />Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Linebarger Moved, Curley Seconded, that the public hearing on the <br />Calvary Baptist Church request for rezoning from R-l to B-2 at 2120 <br />North Lexington Avenue be continued until Monday. January 27. 1969, at <br />which time the Public Works Director should contact the Ramsey County <br />Engineerirrg Department to obtain a traffic study and analysis of the <br />property in question4 Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, <br />Shie Ids and Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the application submitted by <br />Andrew Janos for variance in sideyard setback at 1778 Ryan Avenue be <br />denied.
