<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - January 27, 1969.
<br />
<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger
<br />and Shields.
<br />
<br />
<br />Linebarger Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request of Calvary
<br />Baptist Church for rezoning from R-l to B-2 at 2120 North
<br />Lexington Avenue be continued until February 10, 1969, and tilat
<br />the applicant submit a screening and landscaping plan at that
<br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the preliminary plat for
<br />Rosedale Addition submitted by Norman Tolstad be referred to the
<br />Planning Commission. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Shields and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the Acting Village Manager
<br />and Finance Director be authorized to advertise for bids on the
<br />following items: Two 1/2 Ton Pickup trucks, Two four door sedans,
<br />Two Four l~eel Drive trucks; and that the bids be received on
<br />Thursday, February 13, 1969, at 11:30 A.M. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Linebarger, Shields and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Acting Village Manager
<br />and Public Works Director advertise for bids on a street sweeper
<br />and that bids be received by the Public Works Director and Acting
<br />Village Manager on February 21, 1969. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Linebarger, Shields and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 5027 approving
<br />the Minnesota Highway Department final construction plans and
<br />specifications for the interchange at Hamline Avenue and ToB. 36
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Minnesota Highway Department
<br />and Ramsey County Engineer's office be advised that the Village requests
<br />that the construction of sidewalks be deleted on that part of Hamline
<br />Avenue which is to be paid for by the Village and County as part of
<br />the Hamline - T. H. 36 interchange. Roll Call, Ayes: Cur ley, Graue I,
<br />Linebarger, Shields and Moll. Nays: None.
