<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - February 10, 1969. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger <br />and Shields. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, Ulat the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of January 27, 1969 be approved. RollCall, Ayes: Grauel, <br />Linebarger, Shields, Curley and Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Mayor Moll made the following proclamation: <br /> <br />"WHEREAS, the strength of any community depends, to a marked <br />degree upon the spirit of civic pride engendered by its <br />ci ti zens ; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, people harmoniously working together, can produce <br />achievements no one person could accomplish alone; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in Roseville, many fine groups with diverse purposes <br />are helping to make our village a more interesting place to <br />1i ve ; <br /> <br />WlillREAS, it is necessary for the community to focus attention <br />on the efforts and contributions of all volunteer membership <br />organizations in the north suburban area; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, A. Donald Moll, Mayor of the Village of <br />Roseville call upon all the people of Roseville to join me <br />in recognizing and saluting this important part of our community <br />circle, the volunteer organizations, and do proclaim the Week <br />of February 24 to March 1, 1969, to be Volunteer Organization <br />Week in Roseville." <br /> <br />Mayor Moll introduced Mr. Burke M. Raymond as the new Village Manager <br />of Roseville commencing April 7, 1969; and instructed the Acting <br />Village Manager and the Village Attorney to prepare a resolution <br />outlining the conditions of his employment for the meeting of February <br />1 7, 1969 . <br /> <br />Linebarger Moved, Shields Seconded, that the request for division <br />of a lot and relocation of a dwelling by Clarence Krueger at 2262 <br />St. Stephens Street be continued until after the letting of the <br />contract for the Fulham Street Improvement. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Grauel, Linebarger, Shields, Curley and t.1011. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the request for the rezoning <br />of property at County Road B and Lexington Avenue by Calvary Baptist <br />Church be postponed for one week until February 17th. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger, Shields, Curley and Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request for division of <br />lot at 1992 North Cleveland Avenue be approved with the condition <br />that the applicant dedicate one half of the cuI de sac and 10 feet <br />on Cleveland Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger, Shields, <br />Curley and Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />7: 30 P.
