<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - February 17, 1969,

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Shields and Curley.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the February 10,
<br />1969, Counei I meeting be amended by striking therefrom the approval
<br />of Ordinance No. 592. Roll Call, Ayes: Graue l, Linebarger, Shie Ids,
<br />Curley and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that Ordinance No, 592, entitled
<br />"An Ordinance Amending Chapter 70, Repealing Chapter 71 of the
<br />Village Code and Adding a New Chapter 71 to the Village Code by
<br />Adopting Revised Sanitary Sewer Rates and Charges" be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger, Shields, Curley and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes be approved as
<br />corrected. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger, Shields, Curley
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the rezoning request from
<br />R-l to B-3 submitted by Calvary Baptist Church be approved for
<br />property at 2120 North Lexington Avenue; and that the proposed
<br />development plan be approved as submitted dated February 13, 1969;
<br />and that the applicant construct a concrete curb along Burke Avenue
<br />and a portion of Lexington Avenue along the parking area. that he
<br />plant trees in the 10 foot buffer strip along the east side of the
<br />six foot fence. and that additional shrubs be placed in between
<br />the boulders shown on the proposed plan. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Linebarger, Shields, Curley and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that Resolution No. 5036 appointing
<br />Burke W. Raymond as Village r..lanager be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Grauel, Linebarger, Shields, Curley and Ivloll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 5037 regarding
<br />transfer of monies for Project 68-7 (Municipal Ice Arena) be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger, Shields, Curley
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 5038 regarding
<br />apportionment of assessments relating to Sanitary Sewer Improvement
<br />No.2 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger, Shields,
<br />Curley and ~Joll. Nays: Nonc6
