<br />be granted permission to place buried cable on Commerce Street on
<br />Village right-of-way and at Woodbridge Street between Owasso Boulevard
<br />south and Woodlynn Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Shields. Curley,
<br />Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Shields Seconded, that on Improvement 67-37, Easement
<br />No. I from the Minnesota Transfer Railway Company be approved and the
<br />Mayor and Acting Manager be authorized to execute acceptance of same.

<br />Curley ~10ved, Grauel Seconded, tilat the ~1ayor and Acting Manager
<br />be authorized to sign earnest money contracts on easements 1 through
<br />11 of Improvement 68-11, and that the Village pay to the owners the
<br />amounts for said easements as set forth in the Village Attorney's
<br />letter of February 27, 1969. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Shields,

<br />assessments on Lot 2, Block I, Green Meadow, and Lot 1, Block 1,
<br />Todd's Outlots, by reason of tile Village acquiring title to said
<br />lots in 1968 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger. Shields, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.
