<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel and Linebarger.

<br />Curley Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of April 21, 1969, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the final plat on Victor
<br />Michels Second Addition south of Skillman Avenue and east of
<br />Cleveland Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Cameron Anderson,
<br />1193 Ryan Avenue, be appointed councilman to fill the unexpired
<br />term of Councilman Jim Shields which expires on December 31,
<br />1969. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Archie Eagles, 1996 Eldridge,
<br />be appointed to the Planning Commission to replace Cameron Anderson

<br />Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Hugo Hendricks, 2864 Virginia
<br />Avenue, be appointed to the Park and Recreation Board to replace
<br />Cameron Anderson whose terms expires on August 1, 1970. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Joseph Sills be appointed as
<br />Secretary to the Planning Commission. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that a letter be sent to the Northern
<br />Pacific Railway, together with a petition submitted by residents on
<br />Terrace Drive between Dale Street and County Road C, requesting a
<br />reply on the proposed construction of a fence at the above mentioned
<br />location. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll.
