<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and
<br />Anderson.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of April 28, 1969, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None. Abstentions: Anderson.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 5105 relating
<br />to acceptance of sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer
<br />extensions in Westwood Village Townhouses Plat No. I be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Victor Michels be nominated
<br />to the Governor's Commission on Crime Prevention and Crime
<br />Prevention and Control, Regional Advisory Council. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request for street
<br />lights at Rose Place and Beacon, County Read C-2 and Simpson Street
<br />be approved and that the size of light be increased at Fernwood and
<br />County Road C as recommended by the Public Works Director in his memo
<br />dated May 6, 1969. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the request by Northwestern
<br />Bell Telephone Company to place buried cable on Sheldon north of
<br />County 'Road C, Hamline and T.H. 36, Victoria and Roselawn, Transit
<br />and Snelling and Snelling and Brooks be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />apportionment of assessments relating to Water Improvement No. 62-1

<br />and Moll. Nays: None.
