<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - June 9, 1969. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Noll; Councilmen Grauel; Linebarger, <br />Anderson and Curley. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of May 26, 1969; be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, <br />Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Mayor Moll opened the public hearing on proposed Improvement <br />ST. 68-23. <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented proof of publication of notice <br />of hearing on proposed Improvement ST-68-23 in accordance with <br />the resolution adopted May 26; 1969. He also exhibi ted a Certi- <br />ficate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners; <br />which certificate was examined and found to be satisfactory and was <br />directed to be filed by the ~mnager. <br /> <br />The Village Manager then read the description of the general <br />nature and estimated cost of the proposed improvement and the <br />area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in the published <br />notice of hearing. <br /> <br />The Consultant Engineer and the Public Works Director then pre- <br />sented their reports on the engineering aspects and proposed <br />assessment policy. The Village Manager presented the financing <br />of the improvement. <br /> <br />All persons present were then afforded an opportunity to be heard <br />by the Council, and the substance of the views presented were as <br />follows: <br /> <br />LAWRENCE CUNNIEN, 2661 North Sheldon. Questioned the draining. <br /> <br />JOHN HULTMAN, 1421 Primrose Curve. Wanted to know when the project <br />would commence. <br /> <br />R. J. DEDRICKSON, 2668 North Pascal. Wanted to know if the p:oject <br />had been expanded to cover Pascal and County Road C. <br /> <br />ED MARTIN, 1403 Tailsman. Questioned assessment of $200 being the <br />same regardless of the cost of the improvement; i.e., $10,000 or <br />$100,000. <br /> <br />EUGENE ROBERTSON, 1420 Rambler. Stated tilere was no water problem <br />on Rambler Road and storm sewer was not necessary. <br /> <br />A. G. ERICKSEN, 1450 lv. County Road C. Wanted to know if the 24" <br />storm sewer line south of County Road C, could that be pushed a <br />little bit west so that it could be between his property and Roberts <br />property. <br /> <br />JOHN HULTMAN. 1441 Primrose Curve. Wanted to upgrade Pascal. <br />Questioned if it would he cheaper to put a permanent street in <br />now after the storm sewer improvement. <br /> <br />7: 30 P.M. <br /> <br />HINUTES <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />UWROVEMENT <br />ST-68-23 <br />
