EXTRACT OF KINUTES OF HEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * ** * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey,Minnesota duly held on the 10th day of December, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog { and the following were absent: None. Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8633 RESOLUTION AllENDING THE 1990 BUDGET FOR WAGE AND SALARIES AND tJRAII"rICIPATED REVENUES AND EXPENSES. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: The 1990 budget be amended as set out below: Amendment 1 Wage, Salary, Fringe Transfers --------------------------------------------- From Contingent to From Contingent to From Contingent to General Fund Recreation Fire Salaries $181,395 11,995 38,300 Amendment 2 Contingency Account-- Haz-Mat Team Preparation ------------------------------------------------------ From Contingent to Haz-Mat Fund $9,000 Amendment 3 To Transfer from Contingent for Unbudgeted Items as Itemized below: --------------------------------------------------- From Contingent to Legal Services $6,000 Amendment 4 To Amend Revenue and Expense for Unbudgeted Items as Itemized below: --------------------------------------------------- Community Development Revenue increased Community Development Expenditures increase $125,000 $125,000 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution seconded by Member Maschka, and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Johnson, Cushman and Rog, and the following voted against same: was duly thereon, Maschka, None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
