<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Linebarger. Absent:
<br />Councilman Grauel.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of July 22, and the special meeting of August 6, 1969, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Anderson, Linebarger and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />MINUTE S
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, that Apollo Road be considered as the name of that
<br />portion of St. Croix Street north of Highway 36 which leads into
<br />Terminal Road. Motion died for lack of second.

<br />Anderson Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the public hearing on
<br />renaming of St. Croix Street north of Highway 36 be laid over until
<br />the meeting of August 25, 1969. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Anderson,
<br />Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the final plat on the James
<br />Duddleston property at 435 South Owasso Boulevard be approved.

<br />recommendatiDns and the letter from Partridge Construction Co.

<br />Gallimore, 1455 W. Eldgridge Avenue, for a new placement for a water
<br />hydrant be granted and the cost assumed by the Village. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Anderson, Linebarger and ~lol1. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Anderson Seconded, that final estimate and
<br />acceptance of Project 65-20, 65-31, 65-34 and 66-16 be made
<br />Alexander Construction Company in the amount of $500.00. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Anderson, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that Estimate No. 9 and Final
<br />acceptance be made on Project 6S-38A No.2, Change Order No. 1 be
<br />approved in the amount of $1,885.02 and Barso Construction Company
<br />be paid an amount of $4,273.62. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Anderson,
<br />Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.
