<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, IWISEY COUNTY, HINNESOTA <br />HELD - OCTOBER 8, 1969 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br />Hall in said Village on ~edde!daihe 8th day of October. 1969, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p . ~f . <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were: Burke M. Raymond, Village Manager; Joseph M. <br />Sills, Assistant Village Hanager; Sherman Goldberg, Public Works Director; <br />Roger Short of Banister Engineering Company. <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing publication of notice <br />of hearing on the proposed assessment for Improvement No. 5T-68-24 <br />in the Roseville Suburban Sun on September 24, i969, whIch aftldavlt was <br />examined, found satisfactory and ordered placed on file. The Manager also <br />exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property <br />owners. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the consideration of <br />objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. All persons present were then <br />given an opportunity to present oral objections, and all written objections <br />theretofore filed with the Village ~fanager were presented and considered, and <br />all such objections were tabulated as follows: <br /> <br />Name <br /> <br />Prope,rty Nature of Objections <br /> <br />2240 N.
