EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, IWISEY COUNTY, HINNESOTA HELD - OCTOBER 8, 1969 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall in said Village on ~edde!daihe 8th day of October. 1969, at 7:30 o'clock p . ~f . The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson and the following were absent: None. Also in attendance were: Burke M. Raymond, Village Manager; Joseph M. Sills, Assistant Village Hanager; Sherman Goldberg, Public Works Director; Roger Short of Banister Engineering Company. The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing publication of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for Improvement No. 5T-68-24 in the Roseville Suburban Sun on September 24, i969, whIch aftldavlt was examined, found satisfactory and ordered placed on file. The Manager also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners. The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the consideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. All persons present were then given an opportunity to present oral objections, and all written objections theretofore filed with the Village ~fanager were presented and considered, and all such objections were tabulated as follows: Name Prope,rty Nature of Objections 2240 N. Harnline Ave. Indicated that he lived in the second house south of T .H. 36 and that he felt he had no drainage problem what- soever and felt it was created by the overpass construction on Hamline Avenue.
