<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF TIlE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, IW1SEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />HELD - OCTOBER 8, 1969 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br />Hall in said Villag~ MednlnUay, the 8th day of October. 1969, at 7:30 o'clock <br />P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were: Burke M. Raymond, Village Manager; Joseph M. <br />Sills, Assistant Village Manager; Sherman Goldberg, Public Works Director; <br />Roger Short of Banister Engineering Company. <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing publication of notice <br />of hearing on the proposed assessment for Improvement No. ST-68-l2 <br />in the Roseville Suburban Sun on September 24, 1~6~, WhICh affidavlt was <br />examined, found satisfactory and ordered placed on file. The Manager also <br />exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property <br />owners. <br /> <br />The ~layor announced that the meeting was open for the consideration of <br />objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. All persons present were then <br />given an opportunity to present oral objections, and all written objections <br />theretofore filed with the Village Manager were presented and considered, and <br />all such objections were tabulated as follows: <br /> <br />Name <br /> <br />Property <br /> <br />Nature of Objections <br /> <br />Ralph Charboneau, <br /> <br />2185 Bossard Dr. <br /> <br />How come only three or <br />four lots in this area <br />are to be assessed for <br />this storm sewer improve- <br />ment? <br /> <br />He further indicated he <br />felt he would receive no <br />benefit whatsoever from <br />this project at this time. <br />
