EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF TIlE VILLAGE COUNCIL VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. IWfSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA HELD - OCTOBER 8, 1969 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall in said Village on ILnIJl}, the 8th day of October. 1969. at 7:30 o'clock P.M. Wednesday TIle following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel. Linebarger and Anderson and the following were absent: None. Also in attendance were: Burke M. Raymond, Village Manager; Joseph M. Sills, Assistant Village Manager; Sherman GOldberg, Public Works Director; Roger Short of Banister Engineering Company. The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing publication of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for Improvement No. SS-68-26 in the Roseville Suburban Sun on September 24, 1969, wnlch affidavlt was examined, found satisfactory and ordered placed on file. The Manager also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners. The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the consideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. All persons present were then given an opportunity to present oral objections, and all written objections theretofore filed with the Village Manager were presented and considered, and all such objections were tabulated as follows: Name Property Nature of Objections Mr. James Nelson, attorney representing Mr. Frank Tschida 350 South OWasso Blvd. Directed a question concern- ing as to how Mr. Tschida's property will be serviced by sanitary sewer. He does not feel that this extension of sanitary sewer will benefit Mr. Tschida's property at this time and indicated that there were alternate ways of providing sanitary sewer to Mr. Tschida's property.
