EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, IW1SEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA HELD - OCTOBER 8, 1969 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall in said Village o~~~ the 8th day of October, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock p .~f. e nes y The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson and the following were absent: None. Also in attendance were: Burke M. Raymond, Village Manageri Joseph M. Sills, Assistant Village Manager; Sherman Goldberg, Public Works Director; Roger Short of Banister Engineering Company. The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing publication of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for Improvement No. ST-68-35 in the Roseville Suburban Sun on September 24, 1~6~, whiCh aftldavlt was examined, found satisfactory and ordered placed on file. The Manager also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners. The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the consideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. All persons present were then given an opportunity to present oral objections, and all written objections theretofore filed with the Village Manager were presented and considered, and all such objections were tabulated as follows: Name - Property Nature of Objections r.lr. Joseph CrO\\lther 2417 Western Avenue He indicated that the sewer does not extend down to his property, therefore, \\lhy should he have to pay for an assessment? Mr. Holman Smith, representing Roseville Baptist Church Indicated he felt there was en error in the assessment against the church property and wondered if this had been corrected in the final tabul ation.
