<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: December 17, 1990 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br />of the City Council of the city of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held on the 17th day of December 1990 at 5:00 <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members of the Council were present: Thomas, <br />Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog, and the following members <br />were absent: None. <br />Member Cushman introduced the following <br />resolution and-moved:for-its-adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8634 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MODIFICATION OF THE TAX <br />INCREMENT FINANCING PLANS FOR TAX INCREMENT <br />FINANCING DISTRICTS NOS. 1-12 <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />A. It has been proposed that the City of Roseville adopt <br />amendments to the Tax Increment Financing Plans for the Tax <br />Increment Financing Districts Nos. 1-12 within Development <br />District No.1, and the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, section <br />469.124 to 469.174 to 469.179 (collectively the "Act"); and <br /> <br />B. The Council has investigated the facts and has caused to <br />be prepared amendments to the Tax Increment Financing Plans for <br />Tax Increment Financing Districts Nos. 1-12 defining more <br />precisely the project costs to be included in Development <br />District No.1; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Development District No.1. The City is not modifying <br />the boundaries of Municipal Development District No.1. <br /> <br />2. Tax Increment Financinq District Nos. 1-12. The City is <br />not modifying the boundaries of Tax Increment Financing Districts <br />Nos. 1-12. <br /> <br />3. Modification of Tax Increment Financing Plans.
