That the building and site be developed as per site plan marked <br />"Exhibit l" and dated October 1, 1969, except that the setback be <br />15 feet which is contiguous to right-of-way on the east and west <br />side. Also that the curb be poured in place for the parking lot <br />area. <br /> <br />2, That the landscape plan be approved as submitted and marked <br />"Exhibi t 2" and dated October 9, 1969. <br /> <br />3. That the sign for advertising be approved witll two pylon signs; one <br />15 x 15 feet and one II x 11 feet with a minimum setback of 30 feet <br />from righ t- of-way. <br /> <br />4, That the split block surface for the exterior of the building be <br />approved as shown on the architect's rendering plans with the pilaster <br />eliminated. <br /> <br />5. That no penants be allowed. <br /> <br />6. A lighting plan be submitted and receive approval by the Village staff. <br /> <br />7. That a grading plan be submitted and be approved by the Village staff. <br /> <br />8. The applicant be required to file a preliminary plat within a one year <br />period of final action on this matter and that the applicant agree to <br />dedicate a 70' right-of-way for the extension of Long Lake Road. <br /> <br />9. Allow the sales and service of trucks in a B-3 zone. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Moll. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />l-1r. Odlung, attorney representing ~1r. ~1utchler, 2425 Holton and Mr. Oscar <br />Husby, 2400 Pascal in regard to their objection of the proposed 10 foot <br />high section of fence on the south side of County Road B-2 (north side of <br />Cedarholm Golf Course) in the vicinity of the 5th green. He stated <br />that tlley were in agreement with a 5 foot fence but could see no reason <br />to increase it to IO feet high as proposed. <br /> <br />FENCE <br /> <br />Mr. Goldberg stated that the fence was needed to protect motorists from <br />errant golf balls and should remain as per the plans. <br /> <br />After additional discussion: <br /> <br />Curley ~loved, Linebarger Seconded, that the 10 foot high fence posts be <br />cut down to 5 feet high so as to conform with the remaining 5 foot high <br />fence along County Road B-2 by the golf course. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />The Mayor read a proclamation sponsored by the National Federation of <br />Business and Professional Women's Club, Inc. declaring the week of <br />October 19 - 25, 1969, as "National Business Women's Week". <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the meeting be adjourned at <br />9:45 P.M.
