<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, October 27, 1969.
<br />
<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the~following
<br />members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Ande rs on and Cur ley.
<br />
<br />The Mayor made the following appointments of Ramsey High School
<br />students: Ann H. Auerwas, 1166 West Sandhurst - Metropolitan
<br />Affairs and Mark Fitzsimmons, 2579 Charlotte, to the Park and
<br />Recreation Board.
<br />
<br />Linebarger Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of October 20, 1969, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Linebarger, Anderson and Curley. Nays: None. Abstention:
<br />Moll.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the award of four (4) 1970
<br />Model Police Package Station Wagons to Midway Ford at a unit
<br />price of $2,984.00 for a total bid of $11,936.00. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Linebarger Moved, Anderson Seconded, that three (3) 2-way mobile
<br />radio units be awarded to RCA Corporation at the base bid of $666.00
<br />per unit plus the alternate of $90.00 for a total bid of $2,268.00.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Grauel Seconded, the award of three (3) 1970
<br />Model Intermediate Sedans to Town Chrysler-Plymouth at a unit price
<br />of $2,145.00 and $1,875.00 be made for a total of $6,165.00. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Moll. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the special use permit for
<br />apartment in a B-1 zone at 2075 North Rice Street be approved, and
<br />that a condition on the special use permit be placed as set out by
<br />the residents and outlined in their letter of October 27, 1969, with
<br />the exception of the one requiring the applicant to stand the entire
<br />area assessment cost for storm sewer drainage when the area is in-
<br />cluded in a drainage district; that Ban-Con, Inc. furnish a landscape
<br />plan to be approved by the Village Planner, and that they not be
<br />allowed to construct the exterior of the building in complete wood
<br />exterior, but suggest to him that he use brick and/or stucco design with
<br />a partial use of wood (one quarter). Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Linebarger, Anders on, Curley and r-1011. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the request for relocation
<br />of a building to 2656 North Lexington Avenue by Eugene Bahnemann
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson, Curley
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Linebarger Moved, Curley Seconded, that the final plat request by
<br />William Stenger at 1190 Oakcrest, T. M. Connor Plat No.2 be
<br />approved subject to the developer paying the additional charges noted
<br />in the memo dated October 24, 1969 of the Public Works Director.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.
