<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, November 10, 1969.
<br />
<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Linebarger, Anderson,
<br />Curley and Grauel.
<br />
<br />Anderson Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of October 27, and the special meeting of
<br />November 5, 1969, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger,
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Linebarger Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Change Order NO.4,
<br />Project 68-12 be approved and the Mayor and Manager authorized
<br />to sign same. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that stop signs on County Road
<br />B-2 service drive at Pascal be authorized as recommended by the
<br />Public Works Director in his memo dated November 7, 1969. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Anderson Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager
<br />be authorized to release the .Jaglowski, Sewell and Kingdon easements
<br />as requested by Mr. Arthur Mueller subject to payment to the Village
<br />of Roseville of 50% of the original cost of said easements. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley. Nays: Grauel and Moll.

<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the 1970 Capital Expenditures
<br />for Park Improvements be approved subject to a capital outlay ex-
<br />penditure of $106,800 as authorized in the 1970 budget. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that Ordinance No. 606 rezoning
<br />property from I-I to 1-2 at 2200 West County Road C-2 be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that Ordinance No. 607 rezoning
<br />property from I-I to B-3 at 2200 West County Road C-2 be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Hoved, Anderson Seconded, that Ordinance No. 608 rezoning
<br />property from R-l to B-2 at 1820 North Lexington Avenue be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and ~1011.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cur ley Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the request by Edwin J.
<br />Kuhne for approval of a preliminary plat at 3047 Woodlyn Court,
<br />Woodlyn Court Addition be denied. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger,
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.
